William L. Bromagen, is the Firm’s Managing Share Holder and a resident in the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1986. That same year, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. 

Prior to graduation from Law School, Mr. Bromagen accepted a position with the Miami law firm of Blackwell & Walker where he was later elected a partner. In 1995, he left to establish this Firm.  During his career, he has represented a long list of prominent institutional clients in virtually every area of legal practice. Currently, he devotes his time to the state-wide representation of a select number of foreign and domestic motor vehicle manufacturers.  

Mr. Bromagen has been a frequent lecturer on the Florida lemon law and was an active participant in the Rules Development workshops sponsored by the Florida Department of Legal Affairs, relative to the promulgation of procedural rules for the lemon law and motor home arbitration programs.  He is admitted to practice law before the following:  The Southern District of Florida (since 1987) The Middle District of Florida (since 1993) The Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals (since 1987)
