Felicia Barry is an experienced civil litigator who has handled numerous trials at the Office of Regional Conflict Counsel.  At Regional Counsel, Felicia represented parents who had been accused of abuse, abandonment, or neglect.  

As a dependency attorney, she advised clients on whether they should accept a case plan or whether they should go to trial.  If a parent decided to go to trial, she represented them before the judge.  In addition, Felicia also handled termination of parental rights trials at the Office of Regional Conflict Counsel.  Felicia has a lot of familiarity with family law.  While at Acevedo Law Firm, she represented clients in divorce and criminal law cases.  She successfully mediated cases and handled divorce cases.

After transitioning from family law, Felicia decided to become In-House Counsel at Avatar Property & Casualty Insurance Company.  Felicia started off being a corporate representative and a spokesperson for the company.  As she progressed, she handled first-party property cases and handled mediation, arbitration, and litigation.  Now, Felicia is proud to join Bromagen, Rathet, Klee, and Smith as a first-party property attorney.
