About

Herbert Armstrong received his JD from Florida Coastal School of Law, Magna Cum Laude, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2018. While at Florida Coastal, he was Executive Editor of the Coastal Law Review and earned a certificate in Criminal Law.   

Prior to attending law school, he was a college professor and administrator for thirty-five years, specializing in aviation and business. Herb received his BA in History from the College of William and Mary and his MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University. He also holds an MA and Ed.D. in Adult Education from Columbia University. In his academic career, he managed MBA programs in Russia and China and has served as an aviation training consultant for the FAA and India’s Civil Aviation Directorate.   

Herb is a competitive runner, having completed twenty marathons, including Boston and New York.
