Katirina A. Delviscio is a civil litigation attorney who was admitted to practice in Florida in 2026. Her practice focuses on automotive and insurance defense matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Katirina worked as a law clerk for Bromagen & Rathet, P.A., where she assisted with drafting motions, mediation and arbitration briefs, discovery, and other aspects of litigation, providing her with hands-on experience in developing and supporting litigation strategy.
Katirina earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. During law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Communication and Research and the Clinical Legal Education Association’s Outstanding Clinic Team Award for her work with the University of Miami Human Rights Clinic.
Before attending law school, Katirina earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, with concentrations in International Business, Retail Management, and Entrepreneurship. Her business background provides her with a practical perspective when evaluating legal issues and understanding clients’ broader business objectives.
Katirina approaches her practice with attention to detail, strong legal research and writing skills, and a passionate approach to problem-solving. She is committed to providing thoughtful, efficient representation and helping clients navigate each stage of the litigation process.
