Danielle Pierre is a South Florida native, born in Nyack, New York and raised in Plantation, Florida.

She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2022 with a bachelor’s in legal studies and a minor in Crime, Law, and Deviance.

Danielle attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of law, where she served on the Student Bar Association for all three years, ultimately as Vice President and Treasurer of the Student body during her last year. She served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge George Odom, Jr. of the 17th Judicial Circuit, and was awarded the Haitian Lawyers Association Scholarship in March of 2024.

Danielle obtained her Juris Doctor in May 2025 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in September 2025.
